How do I know what size to
order?
There is a size chart for your reference at the top and bottom of the home page. Also, in the drop down bar we have listed both U.S. and Euro sizes
for your convenience.
How is the artwork
protected?
We use a professional high grade sealer that is
applied by hand over the entire clog. This process along with the curing
time takes a total of 3 days.
Is the artwork waterproof?
Yes, just like other leather shoes you might wear, these hand-painted clogs are sealed and safe in all weather conditions.
How do I clean/care for my new
clogs?
Caring for them is simple! Clean them with a damp
cloth. To maintain their shine you can use a neutral shoe polish. We like the
Kiwi brand.
What brand are these
clogs?
They are Sanita, the original hand made clogs from
Denmark. They
have been making cozy, comfortable clogs the Danish way since 1907.
Are they leather?
Yes, all of our clogs are made from Cabrio
Leathers.
Do you offer a Vegan
style?
Not at this time. All of our equipment is set up to
work on leather products only.
What are the bottoms made
from and are they slip resistant?
The bottom of the clogs are made with a solid PU material that provides anti-skid
and slip resistant protection.
Can I order a narrow width?
Yes, regular and narrow widths are available. If you need to order a narrow size, just specify in your order that you would like your design in narrow width. Sanita does not offer a wide width clog at this time. Narrow width orders are not eligible for return, they are a final sale.
I like a certain design but I only see it in the
closed back style. Can I order it in the open back or Mary Jane style?
All of our designs can made on either the closed or open back styles. The Mary Jane style clogs have been discontinued by Sanita so we no longer carry that type of clog.

orders?
Yes, our bulk order discounts start at 8-12 pairs. Please contact us for details.
What is your return
policy?
We allow returns and exchanges of unworn merchandise within 30 days of
receiving your new clogs. Custom designs are not eligible for return, they are considered a final sale. A return form is provided with your purchase and contains the complete return policy details.
Is your website secure?
Yes! You are protected by a Secure SSL certificate
that uses the strongest data encryption available to keep customer's sensitive
information safe. We are insured for $1 Million.
I saw a design that I love a couple of weeks
ago but now it is gone, where did it go?
We change our designs every week. Some sell out very
fast and they are replaced with new designs. Most designs are limited to 48
pairs.
With the custom orders, can you paint a
copyright protected image or theme?
No! That is why they are protected. Out artists
can come up with the same "feel" as what you are looking for with colors and objects, but they cannot paint an exact
replica.
How long will it take to receive my new
clogs?
It depends, if the design you order is in stock it will ship right away. If the design you ordered has to be painted by the artist, it usually takes between
7-14 days.
What shipping method do you
use?
We use FedEx ground service. For Alaska and Canada we use USPS Priority Mail. You will
receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
How long will the artwork
last?
The clogs will wear just like any other clogs. Keep
them clean and polished and you will be able to enjoy them for years.
