The Swanx Exchange & Return Policy
- Please try on your shoes on a carpeted surface only, we CANNOT accept worn or used shoes for return or exchange.
- The Swanx will gladly exchange or refund any unworn merchandise within 30 days of receipt of your package.
- We do not accept returns
or exchanges on custom design orders, special order size 35, sizes 43 and above, or narrow sizes.
- Customer assumes full responsibility for size selection and size purchased. The Swanx is not responsible for sizing issues, wrong size purchased, or anything related to the size of the shoes purchased and will not pay for or refund any shipping costs associated with returning orders due to sizing.
- Exchanged or returned items must be unworn, in the same condition in which you received them, and in the original box. (Please do not tape or write on the shoe box, a $5 box fee will be deducted from refund if returned with tape and/or writing on the shoe box.)
- Items that have been altered, damaged, or worn will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to you.
- Please do not
send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Returns are only accepted via USPS to the PO Box address listed below, packages will not be picked up at other shipping company offices or locations and The Swanx is not responsible for any packages that are returned using unaccepted methods.
- The Swanx will refund the cost of merchandise only minus any applicable fees. Shipping charges and all costs associated with shipping the item are not refundable.
- All gift certificates purchased are non-refundable. Accepted returns that were purchased with a gift certificate will be given store credit only.
- For all returns there is a $9.95 restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. This fee applies to returns only, it does not apply to exchanges.
- If you would like
to exchange an item, please fill out the return slip with credit card information, cash, or a money order for $13 to cover the cost of
shipping the new clogs to you. Please add $4 for each additional pair being exchanged. When you send your return package,
please save your tracking number. It is also recommend that you insure
your package or send with delivery tracking and confirmation.
- Once your
return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff we will process your exchange or refund and, if
applicable, automatically apply a credit to your credit card or
original method of payment within 7-10 days. Please note that depending on
your credit card company, it may take a full billing cycle
after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
