The risk of loss
and title for all merchandise ordered on this web site passes to the customer when
the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier, USPS. Once a package has been delivered to the USPS The Swanx will not be responsible for any lost, misdirected, damaged, or undelivered packages. Insured packages are optional, if you wish to purchase insurance on your package please contact us prior to placing your order.
For all packages delivered outside of the United States, The Swanx will not be held responsible for any lost or misdirected items. Customers will not be reimbursed for items not delivered by USPS or not received, items lost or stuck in customs, damaged or rifled through by customs offices. The Swanx will not pay for duties or tax charges imposed by customs, those fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Customer assumes all risks, charges, and fees with international shipping.
